Jeff Oswald
President
Jeff Oswald is the President of Unemployment Insurance Services. He has assisted hundreds of employers in fashioning good policies and documentation, resulting in much success in conduct related unemployment claims.
Tim Speir
Senior Vice President
Tim has been with UIS for nearly 35 years. In that time Tim has handled tens of thousands of unemployment claims and hearings. Since 2010, Tim has managed our hearing department coordinating the representation of thousands of hearings for our clients with great success. Tim is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City and is a lifelong resident of the area.
Stacey Tinkham
Vice President of Claims Operations
Stacey joined UIS in 2007 after serving as a claims supervisor and adjudicator for the Missouri Division of Employment Security for 15 years. Currently, she manages the internal operations of our claims management service. Stacey has been instrumental in developing a service philosophy that combines time-saving technology without sacrificing the personal connection that our clients have come to expect. Stacey is a graduate of William Jewell University.
